At your scheduled time, we collect your knives, sharpen them on-site in our mobile workshop, and return them freshly restored.

Most knives take about 4–5 minutes each depending on their condition.
Most residential appointments are completed in under an hour, even for larger knife sets.Because sharpening is done on-site from our work truck, your knives never leave your home and are returned to you as soon as they are finished.

Not necessarily.
Many customers simply leave their knives in a designated location, and we return them once sharpening is complete. If you'd prefer to be present or want to talk about your knives, you're welcome to do so.
Our goal is to make the process as convenient as possible.
You are able to pay with Venmo or Zelle.

Many neighborhoods schedule two or three homes together, making sharpening convenient for everyone.

If you live outside Orange County and your appointment is approved, you will be charged a service fee.
